The business provides a range of finance solutions ranging from asset finance, trade finance, growth finance, acquisition finance and various other finance needs to businesses that are a going concern and which includes, but is not limited to, small medium enterprises (SMEs), that meet the qualifying criteria specified by AID, and have been approved by the board of directors of  AID, following a successful due diligence as well as investment and credit process; and – following the Programme Date and in addition to the aforementioned, the raising of investment capital through the issue of Notes, under the Programme, pursuant to the Programme Memorandum.
